Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026
1. Who handles information
This policy covers the Ironline Electrical showcase operated by Elijah Archer through Sitesides, in Broome, Western Australia. For questions or requests, email contact@sitesides.com.
2. Information on this site
There is no enquiry form, account registration or payment collection on the Ironline site. The light appearance controls, service selectors and scroll effects run in your browser. These choices are not sent to Sitesides and are not saved in cookies or browser storage by this site.
3. Hosting and technical information
Netlify provides website hosting. To deliver and protect the website, it and relevant infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser/device details, request times and security signals. This site does not add advertising or analytics trackers.
4. When you contact Sitesides
If you email Sitesides, your email address, name and message are used to respond and discuss your website needs. Google Workspace processes the business email. If you follow the quote link to sitesides.com, its Netlify form processes the information you choose to submit. The Sitesides Privacy Policy applies to that enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
5. Providers and overseas processing
Netlify and Google may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States; locations depend on their services and settings. Information may also be disclosed where required or authorised by law. Sitesides does not sell enquiry information. Provider privacy statements describe their own practices.
6. Security, retention and requests
Access to enquiry information is limited to what is needed to respond and provide agreed services. Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and applicable record-keeping obligations, then deleted or de-identified where practical and lawful. Provider backups may follow separate retention cycles. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Email contact@sitesides.com to ask about access, correction, deletion or a privacy concern. We may need to confirm your identity and will explain any lawful reason a request cannot be met.
7. Complaints and changes
We will consider privacy complaints and respond within a reasonable time. Where the Australian Privacy Act applies, you may also be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. This policy will be updated if the showcase or its information handling changes.
